Every Saturday I teach in Amsterdam West. There still space, so if you're interested, you can apply for  lessons.

 Method:

For me the most important thing is what you want to get out of your lessons. Why do you want to play drums, and what do you want to achieve? That's fundamental for every following lesson. For instance, if you want to apply for the conservatory, then there are certain things you have to be able to do. Then I expect a good workflow and attitude from you, in order to make it possible for you to apply. If drumming is just a nice hobby and you wanna have fun with it, then the lesson will be focused more on that and less on improvement.

About me:

I did the conservatory from Amsterdam, both Bachelor and Master, and I studied at the Manhattan School of Music in New York for 6 months. And I have been teaching for 10 years now to beginners and advanced drummers. The advantage of the location (the studio) is that I can record you, so you can hear exactly how you sound, and what you could improve.

Price (incl VAT) for students younger than 21:

21 euros for half an hour

27 euros for 45 minutes

33,50 for an hour

Price (incl VAT) for students of 21 years and older:

25 euros for half an hour

32 euros for 45 minutes

40 euros for an hour

Price bandcoachinglesson per bandmember:

25 euros per bandmember younger than 21 years old, for one and a half hour.

30 euros per bandmember from 21 years and older, for one and a half hour.

Procedure:

The planning and payment go by season: the first season runs from September 'till December and the second from January 'till May. You don't need to have your own drumkit, but its preferable. Minimum age is 6 years old.
